They fought and looked like gods.
But - they were simple men.
The only thing that separated them from their grecian peers was discipline.
The discipline to learn how to fight, survive and train - day in and day out.
They didn’t make up excuses - they found a way to work around their limitations.
The discipline to do what had to be done, even though they didn’t wake up every day and “feel” like doing it.
That’s the only thing standing between you and your dream physique.
The discipline to have intense workouts and be consistent with them.
To get that physique they used to make statues of.

This guide consists of 5 days of lifting, each with a max of 45 minutes.
Depending on which phase we're in there's also sprints, 5km run and stair-intervalls.
This is not a program that you buy and do for 12-weeks and then forget about .

- A set of dumbbells
- Resistance bands
You could also use push up grips and a kettlebell, but they're not needed.
